IoWA DOT BLACKOUT plates VIDEO
I created a blackout themed video that was used on social media to promote the new blackout plates. The Director of the DOT had requested a rock theme to the video so I added rock music and a slight draw to ACDC with the “Back in Black” later in the video. The blackout plates have become the highest selling plate for the DOT.
